All information collected from the customer during the registration process with eventsbot is essentially for internal purpose and shall be collected by fair and lawful means only. The details are used for eventsbot promotions and feedbacks only, not shared with any other Company. The data provided by the customer are shared within the prime employees of eventsbot and not floated around. Personal information is entered by each individual that registers and shall be as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as was entered. Eventsbot offers its customer the ability to create online forms that collect and store information and as such the actual information collected is provided only by the customer and does not have any contribution to it. |

B} FOR TICKET PURCHASERS
For all those who purchase tickets through eventsbot, we provide the maximum details about an event as provided by the event organizer about the events including, venue, membership details, performer etc. We also use the details provided by you during the purchase of ticket to enhance our website to better meet your requirements and to design and improve the functions of eventsbot as a whole.
You are required to provide the correct contact details, as eventsbot may need to contact you at times when required by the event organizer to intimate any changes which might affect your ticket usage. eventsbot would need to send you emails or contact through other modes of provided communication for reasons varying from payment issues to promotional offers ( on confirmation of request from you).
Eventsbot does not share your personal information with third party unless in cases wherein
(i) you have authorized it
(ii) Eventsbot may disclose or share specific information to comply with law, to cooperate with or seek assistance from law enforcement or to protect the interests or safety of eventsbot or other visitors our site or users of services or products provided by eventsbot or to take part with others in joint anti-fraud activities. Also, your contact information may be passed on to a third party in the event of a transfer of ownership or assets, or a bankruptcy, of eventsbot.
Please note that nowhere on the Website do we knowingly collect contact information or financial information from children under the age of 13.
Responsibility: Eventsbot is not liable for any use or disclosure of your contact information by a third party to whom eventsbot is allowed to disclose your contact information under this privacy policy. Eventsbot holds no responsibility for use of your contact details by your event organizer, provided by you during registration at eventsbot. The organizer may choose to use your information for marketing purpose not limited to eventsbot E-mail notification system.
Eventsbot is only a medium to connect the Event organizer and the Attendees and at no point will it hold any responsibility for the genuineness of either of the parties.

| WEBSITE ACCESS |
- Eventsbot permits you to use the website as set forth in this T & C, provided that:
(i) your use of the website as agreed is solely for your commercial use;
(ii) you will not copy or distribute any part of the website in any medium without eventsbot prior written approval
(iii) you will not alter or modify any part of the website other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the website for its intended purpose; and
(iv) you will otherwise comply with the terms of services of this T & C.
- To use the services at eventsbot you will need to create an account with true and complete information. You will be only responsible for any information in your account and you will be required to keep your password secure. However you may intimate eventsbot about any breach of security that comes to notice or unauthorized use of password. Although eventsbot will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account but you may be liable for the losses of eventsbot or others due to such unauthorized use.

| UNRESTRICTED AREAS |
| Eventsbot may at times post information for display in parts of the website which are accessible for public viewing including and not limited to chat rooms, blogs, notice boards, event reviews. However the privacy policy does not apply to any such information that you use or share in such common areas. We advice you not to share any personal or financial information in such public areas and if you do provide such information, eventsbot does not hold any liability for any risks thereof and you would hold the sole liability arising as a result of such information being shared. |
| PAYMENT PROCESSING INFORMATION |
Eventsbot collects the payments through Paypal or Google Checkout. However the payments are directly made to the event organizer and eventsbot has no take in that. The eventsbot users and the event organizers will need to directly interact through PayPal or Google Checkout for any payments thereby abiding the terms of service of Paypal or Google Checkout. Eventsbot is neither a representative nor an agent of either Paypal or Google Checkout and hence does not hold any responsibility for any action or performance of either of them.This is true for eventsbot as well as the end users which could be the event organizers or the Ticket Purchaser/Attendee. At no time will the T & C of eventsbot supersede that of Paypal /Google Checkout or the other way round in respect of the service. |
| REMOVE FROM MAILERS |
| At any time when you wish to have your name removed from the mailers list you can intimate the same to the customer support at eventsbot and the same will be done for you at the earliest. |
| NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES |
| We at eventsbot reserve all rights to change/ modify/add the T & C and the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to suspend / cancel, or discontinue any or all service at any time without notice , make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice. However such changes will be posted to Terms of Service for your convenience to understand your responsibility. You will also be deemed to have accepted such change/s if you continue to access the website subsequent to such changes. |

| PRICING AND ACCESSIBILTY |
| Eventsbot.com sells tickets on behalf of events organizers which means eventsbot does is not responsible to set the ticket prices or determine seating locations for any events published at eventsbot.com. The event organizer may choose to issue tickets through any mode of distribution of ticket varying from online e ticket to postal delivery. Eventsbot will have the inventory status of the tickets for any event and the same is updated to the event organizer at any time. A ticket issued cannot be re sold by the customer, however he may contact the event organizer for cancellation and eventsbot does not generally set the ticket prices or determine seating of tickets sold on eventsbot.com. Tickets may be sold at prices higher/lower than the actual rate at eventsbot.com, which entirely depends on the event organizer and eventsbot has no take in this. |
| BOOKING CONFIRMATION |
| If the ticket purchaser does not get any confirmation number on online purchase of ticket/s at eventsbot, they are required to immediately inform the customer care for the same. Eventsbot will at no point be responsible for the any losses in terms of financial or otherwise occurring as a consequence of any slip or service disruption occurring after the payment submission by the customer or assuming the ticket to be cancelled/not booked when no receipt of the same is received after the payment. |
| REGISTRATION AND SECURITY |
As part of the registration process, you are required to provide the contact information regarding your personal details all of which must be accurate and updated.
A. You may not
i. select or use the email address, member name, or name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person;
ii. use an email address or member name in which another person has rights without such person's written approval; or
iii. Use a member name or name that eventsbot.com, in its sole discretion, deems offensive.
If you fail to comply with the former, it shall represent a breach of this Agreement and eventsbot.com will immediately terminate the respective account. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, which you are required not to reveal to anyone. If you lose your password you are requested to support@eventsbot.com immediately. B. You are required to notify eventsbot for any known/unknown or suspected unauthorized use of your account including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or information. You are responsible for all usage or activity on your eventsbot account, including use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your email address, member name, display name, and password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at eventsbot’s sole discretion. |

- The content of the site consists of all resources published therein (including but not limited to text, documents, articles, photographs, images). The service and its content are intended for Online event registration and commercial use only. Neither eventsbot nor the author of any content in the service is liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the service or its content, or for any damages arising therefrom.
- The Online event registration services offered and the content therein are protected are copyright protected. However you will be creator of your event and the contents therein. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, reproduce, create new works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit the service or any content not authored by you except as explicitly provided in section 3 of Site Content T & C. Some content in the service may contain additional copyright notices or restrictions and you agree to abide by them.
- Download of only items displayed for the said purpose is allowed, provided that you download or copy the content and other downloadable items displayed on the Service for personal use only, provided that you sustain all copyright and other notices contained therein, copying or storing of any content for other than personal use is expressly illegal without the prior written permission of the eventsbot.

| REFUND CLAIMS OR EXCHANGES |
| All the ticket purchasers or Attendees or ticket buyers are required to carefully review all details pertaining to the Event and the seatings before the payment. Event organizers reserve all the rights to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with their terms or rules and can terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. Eventsbot will not have any claims with respect to any alterations thereof and policies set forth by our clients, including venues, theaters etc generally prohibit eventsbot from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, destroyed, damaged or stolen tickets. Any kind of conflict related to tickets, venue, date or anything related to the events featured at eventsbot.com will not be eventsbot. liability. |
| CONTACT INFORMATION VERIFICATION: |
| All tickets which receive confirmation on booking will be processed after the billing address is verified. For bookings when the billing address is not correct, the event organizers will try to contact you. Subsequent failure to contact you on your mentioned billing addresses my lead to cancellation of the tickets owing to wrong information. However you would be solely responsible for any delay in billing or processing in cases of incomplete details and the booked tickets can be resold to another customer even after you have made the payment for the same. The refund in such cases will be entirely event organizers decision and eventsbot will not have any liability towards the same. |
| DOWNLOADING - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY |
| Eventsbot.com includes copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music, and sound, some of which is owned by the Company and some of which is owned by its authorized third parties. Furthermore, the entire contents of eventsbot.com are copyrighted as a collective work/compilation and it owns copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. All using the services would indiscreetly agree not to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way utilize any of the content either in whole or in part. All users are allowed to download copyrighted material meant for the purpose as mentioned on the said items for non-commercial purpose only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express written permission of eventsbot . In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. All users acknowledge that they would not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. |
| TERMINATION TO SERVICE |
Eventsbot holds all rights to alter, change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice. Eventsbot will not be responsible to you for refund, in whole or part, of service fees for any reason. You agree that eventsbot shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Eventsbot at its sole discretion may terminate or discontinue your password, account or any part thereof or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Information within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use, failure to timely pay any fees or if you are found to have violated or acted variably with the set Terms of Service . Eventsbot will also discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this T& C, may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that eventsbot may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to any files of the Service. Further, you agree that eventsbot shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service. |
| CONFIDENTIALITY |
During the term of this Agreement for Services, it may be required for Confidential Information to be exchanged between the parties. "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to, membership data, pricing information, business plans, employees, inventions or products, proprietary user interfaces and financial information. Either parties shall use the Confidential Information only for the purpose of evaluating potential business, employment and/or investment relationships. The disclosing party ("Discloser") of Confidential Information agrees to provide such information to the receiving party ("Recipient"), solely for furthering the relationship described in this T & C. The Recipient agrees (a) not to divulge from the purpose other than foregoing to use any Confidential Information of the Discloser and (b) to limit its disclosure of Confidential Information to only employees, consultants or third parties who have a specific need to know. Recipient shall not disclose any Confidential Information to consultants or third parties, except with specific prior written authorization of Discloser. If Recipient becomes aware of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information, it shall immediately notify Discloser. Recipient also agrees to assist Discloser in remedying any such unauthorized use or disclosure. Recipient shall have no obligation under this Agreement for Confidential Information which is or becomes publicly available without breach of this agreement; is rightfully received by Recipient without obligations of confidentiality; or is developed separately by Recipient without breach of this Agreement, subject to proof by clear and convincing evidence. It shall not be a breach of this Agreement, nor a waiver of confidentiality, if Confidential Information is disclosed by Recipient, either
(a) in response to a valid court order or governmental order
(b) required by law, or
(c) necessary to establish the rights to either party under this Agreement In such cases, Recipient shall give immediate prior written notice of same to Discloser, to enable Discloser to seek a protective order or otherwise prevent such disclosure.
All users agree not to upload, post or otherwise make available on evntsbot.com any content protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, without the express written permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, and the burden of determining that any material is not protected by copyright rests with users. Users shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission. By submitting content to any public area of eventsbot.com, users automatically grants or warrants that the owner of such content has expressly granted the rights and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material. User also permits any other users to access, view, store or reproduce the content for that users personal use. User hereby grants the Company the rights to edit, copy, publish, and distribute any material made available on eventsbot.com by User. |

Because eventsbot has no over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that eventsbot is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that eventsbot shall not be liable, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. |

| If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Eventsbot.com does not store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. Your friend may contact us at support@eventsbot.com to request that we remove this information from our database. |
| DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES |
You expressly understand and agree that:
a) Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “As is” and “As Available” basis. Eventsbot expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
b) Eventsbot makes no warranty that
(i) the service will meet your requirements
(ii) The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free
(iii) the use of the service will be accurate and reliable
(iv)The results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable
(v)The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations and
(v) Any errors in software will be corrected.
(c)Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the services done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data or other liability that results from the download of any such material. (d)No Advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from eventsbot.com or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in T & C. |
| LIMITATION OF LIABILITY |
You expressly understand and agree that eventsbot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses. Even if eventsbot.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages resulting from
- The use or the inability to use the service
- The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services .Resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or message received or transaction entered into through or from the service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
- Any other matter relating to the service.

You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account which is created during the event registration process, and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to –
i) Immediately notify eventsbot of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and
ii) You will be solely responsible for proper logout of your account at the end of each session. Eventsbot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section. |
| VOLUNTARY SUBMISSIONS/FEEDBACK |
| Eventsbot does not acknowledge or consider voluntary ideas, including ideas for new products, services, technologies, processes, marketing plans or new product names. You are requested not to send any original artwork, samples, demos or other works. If you do send such materials, eventsbot makes no guarantee that your ideas and materials will be treated as confidential or proprietary. Any feedback you provide on this Site will be deemed non-confidential. Eventsbot is free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. |
| EVENTSBOT'S PROPRIETARY RIGHTS |
| You acknowledge and agree that the service and any necessary service used in connection contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that information presented to you through the Service is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by eventsbot, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part. Eventsbot grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the site for creating and publishing your event, provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right of the site. You agree not to modify the editable portion including and not limited to blogs, event page in any manner or form, or to use modified versions for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Service. You agree not to access the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by eventsbot for use in accessing the Service. |
| FURTHER SERVICE UNDERSTANDINGS |
| Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the Service, shall be subject to the T & C. You understand and agree that the Service is provided ”As Is” and that eventsbot assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. |
| YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS |
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to
(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service registration form (such information being the Registration Data) and
(b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or eventsbot has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, eventsbot has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). Eventsbot is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, and to be consistent with Paypal and Google Checkout you must be at least 16 years of age to register for an account. If you are under the age of 18, you hereby represent that you are using the Service with the consent of your parent or guardian (Guardian), and that said Guardian is at least 18 years old, is the legal Guardian of the person listed on the eventsbot account, and that said Guardian has expressly given permission to access the Service. |
| MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY |
| You will create a password and account during the Service registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify eventsbot of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Eventsbot cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section. |
| MEMBER CONDUCT |
In using the eventsbot services, you understand that you are liable for all information, in whatever form, (Information) you make available to your customers. You agree not to use the Service to:
a. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Information that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
b. harm minors in any way
c. Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a eventsbot official, forum leader, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
d. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Information transmitted through the Service;
e. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Information that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements)
f. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Information that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights (Rights) of any party
g. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are designated for such purpose and within the scope of such designation
h. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
i. interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the service
j. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law or
k. stalk or otherwise harass another.
You acknowledge that eventsbot does not pre-screen any Content working in coordination with the Service, but that eventsbot and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to rescind use of the Service. You acknowledge and agree that eventsbot may preserve Information and may also disclose Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the T & C; (c) respond to claims that any Information violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of eventsbot, its users and/or the public. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Information, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. |
| INDEMNITY |
| You agree to indemnify and hold eventsbot, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Information you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Services, your use of the Services, your connection to the Services, your violation of the T & C, or your violation of any rights of another. |

| GENERAL INFORMATION |
A. Entire Agreement
The T & C constitutes the entire agreement between you and eventsbot and governs your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and eventsbot. You also may be subject to additional Terms of Service that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party Information or third-party service.
B. Choice of Law
The T & C and the provision of Service to you are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India.
C. Arbitration
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the T & C or the provision of Service shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the New Delhi, governed by Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, India. The language to be used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English. However, you and eventsbot agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the city and county of New Delhi, India. Either you or eventsbot may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, necessary to protect the rights or property of you or eventsbot (or its agents, suppliers, and subcontractors) pending the completion of arbitration.
